Postage & Delivery
Depending on the product you have ordered we will use the following delivery:
250ml bottles will be posted by 1st Class Royal Mail.
Up to 20 litres will be delivered via next day courier in the UK (depending on your location).
Delivery of larger orders will be delivered on pallet and will be agreed with you.
We aim to dispatch all consignments within 48 hours, if there is a problem we will let you know.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and do not dispatch at weekends.
Ensuring Smooth Delivery
Small deliveries (up to 2x dog bottles) usually go via Royal Mail.
The rest usually goes via UK Mail and deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If nobody is going to be in, UK Mail will leave in a secure place if you leave a note telling them to do so, but at your own risk.
If there appears to be any sign of damage to the packaging please make a note to this effect beside your signature. Please be specific about damage and do not simply state ‘unchecked’.
Note: When placing an order we request that you supply us with a daytime telephone number so that you can be contacted quickly in case of a query with your order.
Tracking Your Order
If there is any delay in receiving your order and you would like to track it, please telephone our Customer Service number +44 (0)1937 574201 and we will be delighted to assist you with tracking all UK deliveries and resolve any problem with that delivery.
Your Contract With Us
When you place an order online with this site you are making an offer to buy goods. An email will be sent to you acknowledging payment and receipt of your order.
Once we have checked stock availability and prices we will send you our dispatch email to confirm we have accepted the order and that a contract has been made with us.
When a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen factors we will advise you of delay within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide an estimate of the likely dispatch date and you may cancel your order if this is unacceptable.
If you decide to cancel your order under these circumstances we will refund to the same method you paid. Similarly, we will refund within 24 hours of receiving your order if we discover that we are unable to supply the item at all due to stock availability or unforeseen factors including pricing errors.
If you are unhappy with the condition of your product when it arrives we are very sorry. All of our oil is despatched as soon as it is pressed and we make every effort to package it carefully.
